Vox by Kyoto Avenue

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of Vox, the done-for-you LinkedIn writing service operated by Kyoto Avenue ("we", "us"). By starting a sample, signing up, or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

What Vox is

Vox learns how you write from your own material and drafts LinkedIn posts in your voice. The work is human-led and accelerated by technology we built. We draft; you review and approve; you publish the posts yourself. We do not post on your behalf and we never ask for your LinkedIn password.

What we need from you

To build your voice profile and draft posts, you give us writing samples, the LinkedIn profile and posts you point us to, and the short notes you send us each cycle. By sharing this material, you confirm:

Approval and publishing

Every post is a draft until you approve it. You decide what gets published and you publish it yourself. You are responsible for the content you post under your name, including its accuracy. We screen drafts for the things we can catch, but the final read is yours.

Your material and your voice profile belong to you

Your writing samples, approved posts, and the voice profile we build from them are yours. We keep them walled off to your account. We never pool one client's material with another's, and we never use your material to train models shared with anyone else. You can ask us to delete your voice profile and material at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how this works.

Rights to the posts we draft

Once we deliver a post to you, it is yours to use, edit, publish, and keep, with no further obligation to us. Your voice is yours; the words we draft in it are yours too.

Fees and billing

Vox is a flat monthly subscription, billed in advance. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. Founding clients keep their original monthly rate for as long as they stay, even after the rate changes for new clients later. Fees already paid for the current period are not refundable, but you can cancel before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be billed again. On cancellation we stop drafting, and on request we delete your voice profile and material. You keep every post we already delivered.

What we ask of you

Please do not use Vox to produce content that is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may decline to draft something that crosses those lines, and we may end the service if it is used that way.

No guarantee of results

We work to make your posts sound like you and read well. We cannot promise specific outcomes such as a number of clients, followers, or engagement. What you do with the posts, and how the platform performs, are outside our control.

Confidentiality

We treat your material as confidential and share it only with the people and service providers who need it to do the work, under obligations of confidentiality. You agree to keep any non-public details of how the service operates confidential as well.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vox and Kyoto Avenue are provided on an "as is" basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or anything you publish. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located there.
